2019 DTE Rebate, Incentive and Pilot Programs for Energy Efficiency

Join the A2 2030 District and Ken Randazzo from DTE, as we explore DTE’s newly released 2019 program of energy efficiency incentives. See which mechanical electrical and lighting systems and performance results are eligible. Prescriptive, custom and new construction programs for all commercial building types including multifamily will be presented.

Learn how to capture rebates for retrofits, new construction and re-commissioning for building owners. Case Studies will illustrate the financial and energy saving benefits gained from past programs.

Pair PACE and Michigan Saves financing with incentive programs to meet Architecture 2030 targets and get on the trajectory for carbon neutrality.

Learning objectives

  • Identify mechanical, electrical and lighting systems and products and commissioning strategies that will reduce energy consumption in new and existing buildings.
  • Explain how to access for 2019 DTE prescriptive and custom incentives, PACE and Michigan Saves financing
  • Articulate how energy efficiency combined with renewable energy reduces greenhouse gas emissions and meets Architecture 2030 targets.
  • Understand the financial and energy saving impacts past incentive programs had on projects though case studies.
